 World of Wonderful Jewellery is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. 

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund.

Pricing,Refund/return policy

Please choose carefully, we offer a fair price for our gold and silver jewellery. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Faulty item. 
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty. Due to health regulations earrings can not be exchanged.
The faulty item must be returned within seven days with proof of purchase and all labels attached.Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item. Unfortunately WOW will not be held accountable for any items lost in the mail. WOW will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty.

Rings can be exchanged for a smaller or larger size. Rings must be unworn and with tags attached.
All other items can be exchanged for another item only, if not suitable. Items must be returned within seven days,unworn and with tags attached.Items returned without tags attached or worn and therefore not saleable, will not be exchanged. 

The customer will incur the freight charges for re-delivery of exchanged products (except where faulty) and this will be charged to the original payment method.
